Discover

Two to four hours of focused conversation that surface the things that don't usually make it into a brief: why customers actually choose you, what scares your competitors, where your team disagrees about what you stand for. We follow this with desk research (competitor analysis, audience persona work) so the next phase is built on real ground.

Strategy

Define

We turn the workshop and research into a written strategy document, not a deck of pretty slides. It includes your positioning statement, brand personality, tone of voice principles, and the messaging hierarchy that every piece of content will lean on. This is the document your team will return to for years.

Creative

Design

We present two or three design directions, each grounded in the strategy. Once a direction is chosen, we refine into the full visual system: logo suite, typography, colour, iconography, imagery direction, and applied design mockups. You see the brand on real touchpoints before it ships.

Launch

Deliver

Final deliverables include every file format your team and suppliers will ever need (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS), a thorough brand guidelines PDF, and a recorded handover session where we walk your team through using the brand confidently. We stay available for 12 months for quick application questions, no clock running.
